Room blocks and special rates are available for attendees. Rates include FREE in-room and lobby WiFi. The hotel also provides a courtesy airport shuttle.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 48-hours prior to arrival to avoid paying a penalty equal to a one-night stay.
Reservation Deadline to Receive Group Discount
Attendees are eligible for the discounted rate until Friday, September 18, 2026, or until the room block is full. Since the hotel may fill before the deadline, we urge you to make a reservation as soon as possible. After the reservation deadline, the discounted group rate will no longer be available.
